Consultation Booking Policy

Consultations are free of charge.


Cost Policy

A course must be paid in full, in advance of commencing the treatments. Clients who have purchased a course of laser with us and require top-up sessions, will receive top-up sessions on the same area of the original course purchased with us, at 20% discount ( this only applies to hair removal treatments).

Course treatments cannot be swapped for other treatments or shared with another patient.

Courses remain valid for one years from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are not transferrable and non-refundable.


Health Policy

A patient must notify Your Laser Care to any changes regarding health, medication, tanning status during or close to course treatments.

Tanning treatments either immediately prior to, or immediately after treatments at Your Laser Care, are not recommended and can cause adverse effects under some circumstance.


Refund Policy

We are happy to issue refunds once the client has a certified letter from a medical practitioner stating they are unsuitable for treatment due to a medical condition listed as a contraindication in Your Laser Care form.
Refunds will not be given course has commenced.  Refunds will not be issued for pregnancy, leaving the country or change of mind. Your Laser Care do not issue cash refunds but will issue a credit note.


Cancelation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice for cancelation and if you are running late please call ahead and notify us. 

Failure to not show up for more than one scheduled appointment will result in a treatment been deducted from your course of treatment

Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide to us through our contact form or any other form including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Your Laser Care.
